A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Mandawewala has co-promoted Welspun since its inception over three decades ago and contributed significantly in taking Welspun to its global leadership stature in the Home Textiles and Line Pipe businesses. Today, Welspun Living Ltd. is one of the largest Home Textiles Company in the world and Welspun Corp Ltd. Is amongst the top Line Pipe Company globally.

He has been instrumental in shaping a sustainable business with societal value creation at the core of its business strategy. He aims to continue focusing on the best in class governance and risk management while driving growth. Under his leadership, the company has taken several initiatives for the underprivileged strata of the society and he strongly advocates that education together with perseverance is the backbone of development.

Dipali Goenka is the MD & CEO Welspun Living Ltd. of Welspun Living Limited (WILL), one of country’s largest home textiles exporter.

By developing internationally recognized brands like Christy and Martha, and leading domestic brand Spaces, Dipali has been seminal in her forward looking approach. She has been recognized as Most Powerful Business Leader by Business Today very recently, 16th most powerful woman in Asia and 4th in India by Forbes in 2016. 

Dipali Goenka is a graduate in Psychology and a Harvard alumnus. 

• Mr. Altaf Jiwani, Aged 56 years, is a B.E. (Production) from V.J.T.I, Mumbai, and M.M.S. (Finance) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
• Over 32 years of experience with organisations like RPG Group, Bombay Dyeing and Crompton Greaves out of which last 19 years with RPG Group where he last served as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of Phillips Carbon Black Limited. Key responsibilities handled by him included business strategy, project & working capital finance, accounts, direct/indirect taxation, foreign exchange risk management and Information Technology.
• He has been with the Company for over 9 years, wherein earlier he has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and subsequently as the Head of Executive Office of the Company.
• He is Wholetime Director (a Key Management Personnel), and looks after functions of manufacturing, Central Production Planning and Control, Operations Strategy & Supply Chain Management, Commercial, Business Excellence, Management Assurance, Shared Services Center.
